BARTENDER - Must be able to work in a confined work area at a fast pace. Requires responsible service of alcohol and cash handling, sales skills, communication, teamwork, some heavy lifting, continuous movement and ability to work under pressure. HOST - Requires a friendly, positive and professional image, great first impression, helps bus and rest tables, some heavy lifting, continuous movement and ability to work under pressure. LINE/PREP COOK - Requires ability to read and follow recipes, attention to detail, commitment to standards, speed and stamina, must be able to work in a confined work area at a fast pace, ability to work under pressure, some heavy lifting and hot working conditions. DISHWASHER - Requires attention to detail, high sanitation standards, must be able to work in a confined work area at a fast pace, physical flexibility and stamina, some heavy lifting and hot working conditions.
